Link mania at the carnivals

It’s a hat trick of carnivals:
100th Carnival of Homeschooling,
6th Charlotte Mason Carnival (with great Maurice Sendak illustrations!)
and the Christmas themed Carnival of Recipes.

Some highlights from the COH:
April (hey! great name!) at Lunablog has some great organization tips.
DHM has some thoughts on putting leaders on pedestals and the dangers therein.
Shauna at Treasure Seekers has an excellent idea for a basket of holiday books. (I wonder if it’s too late for me to implement this idea? Maybe next year.)
I want the comfy chair found at “Have you made your indoor tea corner yet?”
And this great idea for a grandparents gift. (Step away from the link, mom!)

Isn’t that a great chair? I inherited it when my grandmother passed away. Very fitting from her generation for my tea corner.

    Thanks for the link!

I’m glad you liked my ITOISNIHTDI post! Thanks so much for the link.

Also, I’m very sorry to hear that you apparently have some sort of autocidal effect on the vehicles around you. I hope that runs its course soon!

tea party girl, you have inspired me. I’m going to make my own nook with my notquiteas-nice Ikea chair next week.

april- yes, that “if you think it, do it” tip is great! Just hope I can implement it. Fortunately, our car isn’t dead, just wounded.
