This post on perspective is one of my favorite things I read last year, partially because it has so much wisdom and partially because the setting is a less-than gourmet kitchen, and I have kitchen issues:

“But as I lay down to sleep, I remembered this passage from Thoreau’s Walden: “I say beware of all enterprises that require new clothes and not a new wearer of the clothes.” Walden reminds me that when I feel lacking- I don’t need new things, I need new eyes with which to see the things I already have. So when I woke up this morning, I walked into my kitchen wearing fresh perspectacles. Here’s what I saw.”

We went live at best viagra online Monroe and Columbia on Jan. 2 of 2003, and our CFO said it was the quietest go-live he had ever seen. Much the same as side effects cialis, viagra can cause drops of systemic blood pressure in most patients. purchase viagra online As this organ is present just above the kidneys. I also love the word perspectacles.

Another woman who has a great–but not overly common in our culture–perspective is a missionary who is preparing for her final trip by having her casket made from the same crates that brought goods to her for decades on the mission field:

“I want those at my funeral to notice my witness. I am going back to God, so I had them put ‘return to sender’ on top. On the sides, in English and Spanish, it says, ‘To Heaven through Jesus Christ’ because it is because of Him and what He did that I can get there.”

Perspective really is everything, isn’t it?
