It seems like we are on the go all the time these days, particularly at or near dinner time. Yes, I know crock pot meals are a great option for those days when you aren’t home to make dinner, but what about when you’re not home to eat dinner?

Dining out isn’t in our budget right now, so we need food we can grab and eat in the car or at the ballpark. And often we need food already cooked or quickly prepare in the 23.5 minutes we’re home between errands. Crock pot meals don’t generally fit that description.
